We all experience doubt at some time.  It is so prevalent and notable, the Buddha labeled it as a "hinderance" and some have termed it "the practice killer".  But can it be used skillfully?  Gregory gives an introduction to doubt and a perspective on how we may turn it on its head and use it for insight and growth on the path.
